Our Story
Several years ago, I started selling beef direct to consumers.
As our business grew we began shipping and we sent over 1,000 shipments to customer all around the US.
Shipping seemed like a game-changer, finding customers was easy.
It wasn't long before our living room was the staging area to assemble boxes and stuff them with packing materials.
Twice a month: dozens of insulated boxes, hundreds of pounds of dry ice, beef traveling thousands of miles.
Our customers loved it. But we couldn't ignore the waste—or the incredible local farms right in their backyards.
Our equipment couldn't keep up. Our costs were unsustainable. The shipping model wasn't working.
We became one of the thousands of farms that fail every year.
But I knew there had to be a better way...
so I went back to the drawing board and rebuilt everything

Pickup locations open in 2-6 weeks depending on your area. You'll receive email notification when your location is ready, then you can place your first order immediately.
What am I paying for today?
You're securing your Founding Member spot, which locks in lifetime benefits: free ground beef in every order (forever), zero platform fees (future members will pay), and first access to pickup locations. You'll pay for your actual beef orders once your pickup location opens.
How does local pickup work?
You'll pick up at a convenient neighborhood location—typically a local gym, community center, yoga studio, or directly from the farm. We coordinate with facilities that already have refrigeration, making pickup easy and convenient.
Which farms do you partner with?
Every farm is verified through our vetting process. We visit farms, document their practices, and ensure they meet our standards for animal welfare, transparency, and quality. You'll know exactly which farm your beef comes from and can visit them with your family.
Can I choose which cuts I get?
Yes! Unlike CSA boxes, you have complete control. Order only what you want, when you want it. Love ribeyes? Get ribeyes. Need ground beef and roasts? That's what you'll get.
What if I don't like the beef?
We stand behind our quality. If you're not satisfied with your beef, contact us within 7 days for a full refund on that order.
What if you don't open a location near me?
We're confident we'll have pickup locations in your area within 2-6 weeks. However, if we can't serve your area within 8 weeks, we'll refund 100% of your Founding Member fee. No questions asked.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. Founding Membership has no monthly fees or commitments. You only pay when you order beef. If you're unhappy for any reason in the first 30 days, we'll refund your Founding Member fee.
How much does beef cost?
Pricing varies by farm and cut, but expect premium quality beef at prices comparable to high-end grocery stores, without the shipping costs of services like Butcher Box. Plus, as a Founding Member, you get free ground beef in every order (saving $8-12 per box)
How often do I have to order?
There's no required frequency. Order weekly, monthly, or whenever your freezer needs restocking. It's completely flexible.
Do you deliver to my house?
No, and that's the point. We're eliminating shipping waste by using local pickup only. Your beef travels 50 miles instead of 5,000. Better for the environment, better for supporting local farms.
